For coffee lovers, one cup a day is essential. People who eat americano with syrup to remove the bitter taste, or who like whipped cream full of lattes or frapchinos, or who can avoid coffee after meals. I would like to introduce 3 ingredients to make the coffee taste and smell better and to make you feel less fat. These are materials you can easily get around.
The first ingredient is coconut oil. Connonut Oil has about 90 % saturated fat but does not accumulate in the body but is burnt out and is therefore a medium chain fatty acid, which promotes energy and heat generation to keep you from gaining weight. It also helps prevent weight gain, and it helps your body warm and strong.

So if you have already added sugar or syrup to your coffee, you can avoid getting fat and drink delicious coffee by adding honey instead of syrup or sugar.
Third ingredient is cinnamon. Cinnamon is very low in calories, about 6 kcal or so per teaspoon. And it also reduces inflammation in the body. It is also known to be especially effective for abdominal obesity, as it reduces blood sugar levels and prevents fat deposits. When you put the cinnamon in your coffee, the coffee flavor and the cinnamon smell rotten, giving you a deep flavor and taste.
